These terms apply to every purchase made on devclothes.store. Please
read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. Who we are
The seller is Bartinsoft SL (trade name DevClothes),
NIF B56799588, Calle Hilados 20, Esc. Der., Bajo A, 28850 Torrejón de
Ardoz (Madrid), Spain. Email: info@devclothes.store. More

2. Products
We sell t-shirts, hoodies, caps and mugs with our own designs. Each
product is printed on demand after you order, by our production partner
Printful.
We show each product as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen
can differ slightly from the real product. Size guides are shown on each
product page.
3. Prices and taxes
- Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where it
applies. - Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are shown
at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping
Policy. - Orders shipped outside the European Union can be charged import
duties or taxes by the destination country, paid by the recipient.
4. How to order
- Choose a product, size and colour, and add it to your cart.
- Go to checkout and enter your shipping address and email.
- Choose a shipping method and a payment method, and review the
total. - Click the button to place the order. This is an order with an
obligation to pay. - We email you an order confirmation. The contract is concluded when
you receive it.
You can correct any data before you place the order. The contract is
concluded in English. We keep a copy of your order, and you receive it
by email.
5. Payment
You can pay by card and other methods shown at checkout (such as
Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna). Payments are processed by WooPayments,
powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We
charge your payment method when you place the order.
6. Production and delivery
We start producing your order after payment. Production time,
delivery estimates and delivery problems are explained in our Shipping Policy. The risk of the products passes
to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from
delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. You pay
the cost of returning the product. Full details and a model form are on
our Returns & Refunds page.
8. Faulty products and
legal guarantee
If a product arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30
days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. In all cases you keep
the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery, under
Spanish consumer law. See Returns &
Refunds.
9. Personal data
We process your data as explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
10. Complaints and applicable
law
Write to info@devclothes.store with any
complaint. We answer as soon as possible and within one month at the
latest.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you
keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence,
and you can go to the courts of your place of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the
ones published when you place it.
