This policy explains what personal data DevClothes collects, why, who
receives it, and your rights. It follows the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

We do not sell your data and we do not make decisions about you based
only on automated processing.
3. Who receives your data
We share data only with the providers we need to run the store. They
process it on our behalf and under contract:

When a provider is outside the European Economic Area (for example in
the USA), the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework
or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or
object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You
can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did
before.
Email info@devclothes.store with your
request. We answer within one month.
If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to
the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de
Datos, www.aepd.es).
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use
two kinds:
- Necessary cookies: the store does not work without
them (cart, checkout, payment, security, and remembering your cookie
choice). They do not need your consent. - Analytics cookies: they show us how visitors use
the store. We only set them if you click Accept in the
cookie banner.

Change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the
Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If
you reject analytics cookies, we delete the ones already set. You can
also delete cookies in your browser settings.

with its date.
