Where we ship
We ship worldwide. You see whether we deliver to your country, and
the exact price, at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Each product is printed for you after you order, so delivery has two
parts:
- Production: usually 2 to 5 business days. Busy
seasons, such as November and December, can add a few days. - Shipping: depends on the destination and the method
you choose. Checkout shows an estimated delivery date for each
method.
Our production partner, Printful, prints and ships from the facility
closest to you where possible. Products in one order can arrive in
separate parcels.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the
products in your cart. It is shown before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union can be charged
import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not
included in our prices or shipping costs, and they are paid by the
recipient.
Problems with delivery
- Wrong or incomplete address: check your address
before you pay. If a parcel comes back because of the address, we ship
it again once you confirm it, and you pay the new shipping cost. - Lost parcel: if the tracking has not moved for a
long time, or it says delivered but you do not have it, email info@devclothes.store and we
look into it with the carrier. - Damaged or wrong product: see our Returns & Refunds page.
